May was a very busy month for me, travelling to London every week and spending a week working in Germany. I loved it all of course but it made me realise how easily people can stop having fun. Work, work and more work really can make you dull or make life appear dull and it doesn’t have to be that way. I believe that having fun is an essential ingredient in to living a fuller happier life.
