Leadership in challenging times
One would say it takes a great leader to lead teams in times of trouble and challenge. This certainly applies to the sector we work in. How does one bring people on a journey from key Vision to Enablement and sustainability? What does it take and how do our beneficiaries or customers respond? Inspiring and effective leadership is as much true for achieving a charitable mission as it is for meeting your business goals. In this workshop we explore the parallels and lessons learnt between both our commercial and charitable goals.
There’s one thing that’s certain regardless of your business type and size. If you want to grow your business, it means leading and managing people. The more effectively you lead, the better your team will perform and the more profitable/sustainable your organisation will be.
Following on from our first highly successful workshop, our Guest is Ali Stewart. Ali is an executive leadership coach, mentor and best-selling author. She founded the accrediting body for Liberating Leadership® and Pioneering Professional® 2008.
We will also be joined by Valentine Chirica from our Romania project Way of Joy, who will be giving you insight into how the 4 step process has supported his vision and success against the odds!
“Get this is in your dairy it is must attend. The last session was not only informative and educational for my business, but also seeing the projects and the difference the charity is making was incredibly heart warming. It really brought home how blessed we are and how our donations are life changing”. Joanne Rolliston, Senior Partner – The Progress Shed
“Thank you, it was a wonderful meeting – a strong 5 out of 5 from me. For years I have been feeling we (humanity) need to shift to a more heart-centred way of doing business and finally, today I heard Graham speak those words – it’s a dream come true for me, one that has fired me up to keep going, whereas previously I was ready to throw in the towel. Magical” Sarah Perrett – Whitespace Agency
