Office Evolution Ltd was started in a residential garage in late 2005 by next door neighbours who wanted more control of their future.

They supply Photocopiers, Printers, Fax Machines, Scanners and general office equipment across the UK from their base here in Wiltshire.

Almost 15 years later Office Evolution are about to make the biggest move in the companies’ history to a new Headquarters building on Bowerhill in Melksham, moving from their current 1600sq ft unit to a new 5500 sq. ft building bringing the sales, support and servicing teams together under one roof.

Office Evolution has been recognised for its business achievements numerous

times in the past 14 years winning the prestigious Wiltshire Business of the Year Award, Develop Dealer of the Decade and Develop Dealer of the Year (South West) every year for the past 12 years, the company without doubt is a proven success.

PAP (or RHM as they were when we first met) signed up for a new colour copier right at the beginning of the Office Evolution Journey, this led to a meeting with Bill Huxley and discussions about the work that was done within Business against Poverty, the business arm of the charity (Initially the suggested commitment was quite small and manageable by a fledgling company and as the company has grown, we have increased our commitment.)

Our directors Matt Goodall and Steve Davis have always felt that the success of the company could be used to benefit others, and their involvement stretches from supporting sports clubs such as BOA RFC, Devizes RFC, Godfathers Rugby, Trowbridge Rugby, Freewheelers EVS Blood Bikes to singular events at schools and local fetes.

Steve Davis is involved with the GO Fish project encouraging young entrepreneurs to succeed and volunteers at careers days and work experience projects and Matt Goodall is a rider for the Bloodbikes with Freewheelers EVS delivering blood, breast milk, samples and essential medication to hospitals and care homes around the area as a volunteer during the evenings and weekends.

In addition to their direct work with charities they also have provided Wiltshire Air Ambulances new base with the printing solutions at no cost as their donation towards the running costs.

The new building will provide the space for the company to grow further and the addition of new product lines (to be announced shortly) will allow us to continue to provide the service and support that we have worked hard to achieve. Our work in the community will continue and we hope to be able to make greater changes in the future. You can read more about Office Evolution and their products and services at www.officeevo.co.uk or you can call us on (01225) 690000. If you order a new machine from us and mention that you are a BAP member we will donate £50 from the deal to People against Poverty.
